TopSolutions' business model rests on a network of partners who sell, implement and support our solutions. This means that we are where our partners are, and that our success depends on our partners.The cornerstone of our strategy is therefore a strong partner programme. In addition to being financially attractive and based on certified products and documented methods, collaborating with TopSolutions also provides access to training,marketing support and materials, end-user support etc.
We work with two different partner models:Gold and Silver.
Partnerships depend on points and are based on an annual assessment of how each partner performs on the basis of points awarded within four areas:
- Revenue: How much revenue does the partner contribute to TopSolutions?
- Competences: To what extent are the partner's employees qualified to work with TopSolutions products?
- Support agreements:To what extent does the partner purchase and resell support agreements?
- Customer satisfaction: How satisfied is the customer with the partner's service

Data Integration Management (DIM)
– EDI is just one of the tools that DIM is able to handle in addition to ordinary electronic exchange of data between companies. DIM reduces costs and the risk of wrong entries in connection with handling of data between business connections ranging from creation of business partners to order processing and execution to payment of invoices. Furthermore, synchronization between different bases is easily handled with the DIM tool. With the fully automated solution data is easily and flexibly exchanged between the company's Navision installation and the partners' IT solutions - independently of technical platforms and file formats. How do you become a partner?
All ERP consultancy businesses may conclude partnership agreements on the sale of TopSolutions' products.
TopSolutions evaluates the potential on the basis of business data, including internal resources and market analysis.
As soon as we have approved a new partner we will forward a distributor agreement and relevant material.The co-operation is then a reality and the partner may initiate sale of and training in our products. |
